MANUAL FOR PUBLIC PROCUREMENT IMPLEMENTATION IN THE OPII
| The manual for public procurement implementation represents the methodological document of the managing authority for the Operational Programme Integrated Infrastructure, the target of which is to provide the applicants and beneficiaries of OPII with the guidelines for fulfilment of their duties in awarding contracts for supplies of goods, provision of services, performance of building works to third entities (suppliers / contractors) and in submitting documentation from public procurement for financial control by the managing authority. The manual also gives recommendations and points out problematic spheres in public procurement. The manual for public procurement implementation is pursuant to Act No. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on amending and supplementing certain acts.
