GRANT AGREEMENT

This is a detailed agreement on support of the project financed from the European Structural and Investment Funds and the State budget for co-financing concluded between the managing authority and the beneficiary determining the conditions for provision of the contribution as well as the rights and duties of parties involved. The grant agreement for technical assistance projects shall also be understood as being a "Decision on the application's approval" when the provider and the beneficiary are the same person.
